- Home Buyer Consultation
Choosing to buy a home is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make in your life. It’s a complex ordeal that requires a lot of planning, and instating the help of a knowledgeable REALTOR® to make the process run smoothly.
In my Home Buyer Consultation, I will walk you through everything you need to know in order to successfully get your new home. Taking the time to have a buyer's consultation is a great step to finding the house that you want, in the time you want it, and helps to make a more enjoyable home buyingexperience overall.
- Meet with REALTOR®
We will meet up so I can get to know and understand your situation better. Discuss the type of the home you're looking for including style, price and location as well as what your timeline is like to find a new home.
- The Buyers Advantage
As the home buyer, our commission is paid by the seller of the home in almost all circumstances. This means your representation and my services cost you nothing!
- Get Pre-Approved
We recommend getting pre-approved for the mortgage prior to starting house hunting. Knowing what you can afford is critical to a successful home shopping experience.
- Search for Homes
That's where the fun part begins. I will book a home showings for you at your convenience and we will tour the properties together until we find the one that works for you and your family.
- Advanced Search
Not all Real Estate websites are the same. I have tools and systems to ensure you see every available home that meets your criteria. That includes for sale by the owners and the properties not listed on MLS.
- Make an Offer
Once we have found the one and you are ready to write the offer, I will guide you through every step. I will explain all available options. we will prepare your offer based on the price and terms you choose. The offer that will be appealing to the seller and yet give you peace of mind and protection at the same time.
- Negotiations and the Contract
It may take a few tries to get it just right, but hang in there, you are on your way to home ownership. In most cases the contract provides you with a timeline to obtain financing as well as time to inspect the physical condition of the home. I will inform you of all your rights and responsibilities related to the contract.
- Under contract or in Escrow
You and the seller have agreed to the price and terms the home is effectivly help for you until closing. If applicable, the final details might still need to be completed, such as home inspection, appraisal, financing etc.
- Preparing for Closing & Possession
I will be sending all the required paperwork to your lender and lawyer to facilitate the closing and we will manage the entire process with you until you receive the keys for your new home and beyond.
